Te āheinga: The opportunity We are seekingCasual Lecturersto join our dynamic teaching team in 2026. These roles will support the delivery of theNew Zealand Certificate in Electrical Engineering (NZCEP)programmes. Key responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in electrical engineering. Support students in practical learning environments. Contribute to assessment marking and feedback. Collaborate with academic staff to ensure high-quality programme delivery. You'll have: Demonstrable practical ability to teach electrical trade and pre-trade trainees Current EWRB licence as an Electrician, Electrical Engineer or Electrical Inspector. Industry experience and / or teaching experience in a tertiary setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. An understanding or desire to learn te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of kaupapa Māori This casual opportunity allows you to share your expertise, engage with learners in a practical teaching environment, and help shape the future of electrical engineering professionals.
