As our Tender Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end preparation of tenders and proposals, helping the team deliver submissions on time and to a high standard. Based in a fast-moving environment, you’ll work closely with bid teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders across the business to keep the process organised, accurate, and running smoothly. This is a great role for someone who is highly organised, confident working across multiple priorities, and enjoys bringing structure to complex pieces of work. You’ll be trusted to get stuck in, support good decisions, and help shape work that wins. Ngā kawenga matua | Key responsibilities Coordinate tender and proposal submissions from start to finish, ensuring everything is completed accurately and within tight deadlines. Write, edit, proofread, and review submission content, while sourcing and preparing supporting digital content. Liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to gather information and keep the tender process moving. Maintain tender systems, records, document control, and secure information management, with a strong focus on accuracy and organisation. Provide wider administrative support including meeting minutes, preparing internal newsletters, award submissions, and general coordination duties. Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with At least 3 years’ experience, ideally in a tendering, bids, project, or construction-related environment. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, along with writing capability and an interest in content creation. Strong written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail when reviewing and preparing documents. Great interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and the ability to build strong working relationships across a range of stakeholders. A proactive, organised, and calm approach, with the ability to manage changing priorities, solve problems, and keep standards high under pressure.
