TheRole As a Food and BeverageAttendant, you will work across a range of our vibrant outlets and events. Youwill deliver exceptional service in a variety of settings, from café-styleservice and breakfast through to functions and premium dining experiences. Thisis a unique opportunity to build a wide range of skills. This is a dynamic andhands-on role where no two days are the same. You will be part of acollaborative team, bringing energy, professionalism and attention to detail toevery shift. Deliver warm, engaging and attentive service toall guests Tailor each experience to meet guest needs andcreate memorable moments Confidently make recommendations and useupselling to enhance the guest experience Work flexibly across different outlets andservice styles as required SuccessProfile Previous Food and Beverage experience isadvantageous, but not essential Barista and/or bar experience is highlyregarded Passion for hospitality and deliveringoutstanding guest service Confident communicator who enjoys engaging witha wide range of guests Comfortable making recommendations andupselling in a natural, guest-focused way Strong team player with a positive andproactive attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and variedenvironment Flexible and reliable, with availability towork shifts, weekends and public holidays Previous POS system experience is an advantage– Agilysys Systems desirable Full driver’s licence is beneficial due to ourlocation Pay Rate: $ 26.00 – $27.00per hour (depending on experience) Location: Arrowtown,Queenstown Hours: Full timepermanent (30/40 hours per week guaranteed) Working at Millbrook We believe our people are ourgreatest asset and love recognising and rewarding our team.
