Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Blenheim . In this permanent full-time role, you'll work 40 hours per week supporting our busy food service operation. You'll assist with food preparation, meal service, dishwashing, stock control, and maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment. In this position you will be responsible for; Basic food preparation Serving meals Stock control You will have good communication skills, be well presented, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. Ideally you will already have some experience working in a commercial kitchen, hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167 and 168) (or be happy to train for one). You will have superior customer service skills but Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality. Competitive remuneration.
