We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the different areas across local government that provide advice. Your responsibilities will include drafting internal communications on what good advice looks like, explore areas of learning for advisors and be involved in design improvement initiatives. With the office based in Auckland’s CBD there is flexible working available, and an onsite café for those days that you are in the office. This is a values-driven organisation with a strategic outlook and community at the heart of what they do. About you: You will have experience or good understanding of local/central government with programme experience also beneficial. You’ll also have: Senior to Principal-level policy advisory experience, or broader advisory experience combined with a background in local government. Previous local government experience is preferred. Excellent written communication skills, with experience drafting policy documents highly advantageous.
