Whanganui District Council is seeking an experienced programme delivery specialist to lead procurement, contract management and capital project delivery across the transportation programme in Whanganui, New Zealand. You'll provide technical leadership in procurement, act as Engineer's Representative on contracts, and manage projects from planning through to delivery.
