We are seeking to modernise the administration of justice by replacing highly manual, time-consuming, paper-based process with a new digital case management solution, transforming the way people access and experience justice in Aotearoa New Zealand. Te Au Reka is a large, complex and unique programme spanning the courts and tribunals of New Zealand. Ō Pūkenga/Skills And Experience As a Delivery Lead, you will guide one or more functional squads through build and delivery iterations, ensuring teams are focused, supported, and empowered to deliver high-quality outcomes. Working Closely With Vendor Delivery Partners, Business Analysts, Product Teams, Technical Specialists, And Programme Leaders, You'll Create The Conditions For Success By Leading and supporting cross-functional agile squads Providing delivery oversight and assurance Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery roadblocks Facilitating effective planning and delivery activities Supporting integrated release and readiness planning Promoting continuous improvement and agile best practice Building strong relationships across business and technology teams Providing clear reporting and insights for governance and decision-making forums. Ō Pūkenga/Skills And Experience To be successful in this position you will have: We\'re looking for someone who can confidently navigate complex delivery environments and inspire teams to achieve outcomes. You Will Ideally Have 10+ years\' experience in delivery, project, programme, or agile leadership roles Experience leading or coaching cross-functional agile teams in complex ICT or digital transformation environments Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks Agile certification such as Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Proven ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes Understanding of public sector governance, accountability, and decision-making frameworks is advantageous No candidate will meet every single desired qualification. Utu ā-tau/Salary The salary range for this role is between $105,226 and $ $144,034, based on skills and experience.
