It has been growing fast and we are looking for a super star to join our team! Who are you? We are seeking awesome individuals to join our talented team with at least 2 years working experience in the hospitality industry or recognisable qualifications in culinary art. The most important part is you must be passionate in Thai cuisine. Key responsibilities Consults with the management and staff or Technical Training staff to determine training objectives and Codes Of Practice. Originates written training programmes, including scope, text, give-aways, and tests and designs the appropriate exercises Originates written and practical examinations and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Monitors the progress of trained employees and communicates the results to management and to clients for whom training has been carried out. What’s in it for you?
