STDC is seeking a Property & Facilities Team Leader in New Zealand to oversee delivery, maintenance and compliance of the Council's diverse asset portfolio, including community halls, campgrounds, public amenities and housing for the elderly. You will lead a skilled team, manage contracts, drive planning and continuous improvement across the portfolio, and work with stakeholders to ensure assets are safe, compliant and fit for purpose for the benefit of communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
