Spectrum Care North Auckland is recruiting a Community Support Worker to help adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities lead active, meaningful lives. The role covers personal care, daily living tasks, and community participation across a 40‑hour work week. The ideal candidate shows empathy, energy, calmness, and strong communication in English.
