Manage budgets, stock control, and financial performance, optimising revenue and controlling costs. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling feedback effectively. Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and operational policies and procedures. He kōrero mōu | About you Proven experience in a Café Manager, Retail Manager, or similar leadership role within hospitality. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving performance. A confident leader with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high‑performing teams. Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. Strong understanding of food safety, health & safety, and compliance requirements.
