Radiation Therapist Dunedin Hospital Salary - $77,087 - $110,210 + Kiwisaver 1.0 FTE (40hrs per week) permanent opportunites Multiple positions available Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders. About the role These positions involves working as part of a dynamic team utilising innovative technology and new initiatives to deliver contemporary radiation therapy to patients within the Otago and Southland regions. We have 2 Elekta Versa HD linear accelerators equipped with ABC Breath hold equipment. We have BrainLab with Exactrac on our existing Varian Truebeam to continue to provide the National Stereotactic Radiotherapy and Radiosurgery Service for New Zealand and enhance our established SABR program. A Siemens go. Open Pro CT with Varian Respiratory Gating system and a number of other radiation oncology specific features. The department utilises the full suite of Elekta software including Monaco Treatment Planning System and MOSAIQ Patient Management System. About you Current registration with the MRTB and a current APC, with the right to work in New Zealand Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with other professionals Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skills The ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution focused Salary range Salary range: This role belongs to the APEX Radiation Therapists Multi-Employer collective agreement With the radiation Therapists payscale- step 1 $79,014 to Step 8 $112,965.
