Job Description

Position Tauranga Permanent part-time (45 Guaranteed Minimum Hours per fortnight) Collaborate with us in improving life in Aotearoa. Play a part in creating a better future for New Zealanders. About the role Within this important role, you will work in frontline teams to build relationships with communities and collect data from respondents through their preferred channels. You will deliver a positive, trusted and seamless respondent experience. This is a flexible, field-based role involving regular travel and primarily face-to-face interviewing, with some phone and email work as needed. You will engage with communities and households across varied days and hours, including mornings, afternoon/early evenings, and weekends. The role requires a reasonable level of fitness due to frequent walking and driving. You will work remotely and must be self-managing, with reliable internet, a full NZ driver's licence, and a roadworthy, insured vehicle. Equipment, training, and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed. Mandatory training/Induction will be held at our Auckland office for the duration of one working week starting Monday 10 August - Friday 14 August (9am - 5pm). We will provide travel and accommodation if you are traveling from out of region. This role would suit someone who can bring: 2+ years' customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus. Confident using Microsoft 365, digital systems, and data entry tools; able to learn new tech quickly. Works well independently and in teams with good time management. Flexible to work evenings and weekends to suit respondents. What’s in it for you?
