With recruitment activity at peak levels across our business, we're seeking someone who can hit the ground running, manage a high-volume workload, and deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a hands-on recruitment role that will see you partnering with leaders across multiple sites and functions, recruiting for a diverse range of positions. One day you might be sourcing production operators for our manufacturing teams, and the next supporting the appointment of senior leaders and technical specialists. About the Role As part of our Group Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in delivering recruitment outcomes across the Yili Oceania Business Division. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build talent pipelines, and ensure candidates remain engaged throughout their journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can juggle multiple priorities, and has the confidence to influence stakeholders while maintaining momentum across numerous active vacancies. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles, from manufacturing operators through to senior managers Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels Build talent pipelines to support future hiring requirements Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience Provide market insights and recruitment advice to hiring managers Maintain data integrity and reporting within our Applicant Tracking System Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function Champion our employer brand and help position the business as an employer of choice About You To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across a variety of roles and levels The ability to quickly build credibility and strong working relationships with stakeholders Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies Excellent communication, influencing, and organisational skills A resilient and proactive approach, with the ability to maintain momentum during periods of high demand A commitment to delivering outstanding service to both candidates and hiring managers Why Join Us?
