Service Foods Auckland is lookingfor a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our dynamic team as aCustomer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our valuedcustomers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customerexperience. You will be responsible for managing enquiries, processing orders,and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Working with Salesforce(CRM) and Sage (ERP) systems, you'll help maintain accurate customer recordsand ensure seamless coordination across departments. Position Snapshot Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (withoccasional Saturday work as required) Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service through accurate orderprocessing and timely communication. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supportingsales growth and data integrity. Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, online channels,and other communication platforms. Process and manage customer orders using Sage (ERP) and maintaincustomer records in Salesforce (CRM). Monitor customer backorders and proactively communicate updates toensure timely fulfilment. Identify opportunities to upsell and support revenue growth. Manage customer queries, concerns, and complaints, collaboratingwith internal teams to achieve prompt resolutions. About You You are a proactive, resilient, andcustomer-focused professional with experience in a customer serviceenvironment. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, remain calm under pressure,and are committed to delivering service excellence with professionalism andcare. Key Attributes Professional telephone manner and excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Previous experience in customer service, call centre,administration, or a similar role. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong dataentry skills. Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solvingabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (essential). Experience with Salesforce, Sage, or other CRM/ERP systems(advantageous). Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, adaptable, andcustomer-centric approach. Reliable transport to and from work. Experience or knowledge of the foodservice, distribution, orwarehouse industry is desirable. NCEA Level 3 or an equivalent qualification preferred.
