What You Bring Proven history of delivering high levels of customer service. High safety approach and follows instructions fully Clear communicator, including when making onboard announcements Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Capacity to learn new skills and remain conversant with current operating requirements. Ability to take charge of situations and stay calm under pressure. Demonstrated understanding and application of health and safety requirements. Proven ability to work as part of a team in a close team environment. Available to work a rotating roster with most shifts covering the peak travel times, but also occasionally needing to start as early as 3.30 a.m. or finish as late as 1.30 a.m. Own transport for times outside public transport operating times #J-18808-Ljbffr
