TheRole We have an extensiverange of luxury accommodation at Millbrook Resort, and this role involvesensuring guests are warmly greeted and a personalised experience isdelivered. We are a collaborative team,delivering a high-end bespoke guest experience, whether it be assisting withluggage, delivering room service, undertaking security checks or providingluxury airport services from ZQN to Millbrook. No two nights are the same! Theideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong customer focus. We arelooking for someone who is honest, responsible, and capable of working independentlyas well as part of a small team. Genuine passion for five-star service isessential, and the ideal candidate will be willing to provide hands-on supportto our wider Front Office function. Working hours will usually be between 11pmand 7:30am, scheduled across a 7-day operation including weekends and publicholiday shifts as required. SuccessProfile A genuinepassion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service Experience inguest relations, ideally within a five-star environment preferred Strong guestservice and communication skills, couple with a “can do” attitude Ability tomultitask and work to tight deadlines Aptitude forfigures and proven ability to handle cash and balance takings Professional,confident and immaculately presented at all times Knowledge ofAgilysys System (Versa, Engage, Spa, Sales & Catering) is advantageous Proactive,with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Resilient andadaptable, able to respond calmly and effectively to a variety of situations Flexibility towork weekends, public holidays and shifts as required Current FirstAid Response certificate is advantageous; however, we will support you to getqualified Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown Hours: Full time permanent(30/40 hours per week guaranteed) Pay Banding: $26.00 - $29.50 gross per hour (basedonexperience) Working at Millbrook We believe our people are our greatest asset and love recognising andrewarding our team.
