Please note this is subject to change and will depend on team and business needs at the time. Hours Monday – Thursday 10am -6.30pm, Friday 8.30am -5pm. Please note during the initial training period (2-3 weeks) you would be required to work 8.30am -5pm. About the Role We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused Credit Solutions Specialists to join their Credit Solutions team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced collections, credit, or contact centre professional who enjoys balancing strong customer outcomes with effective portfolio management. As a Credit Solutions Specialist, you will actively manage a portfolio of accounts, working with customers to identify solutions, minimise losses, and achieve positive outcomes. You’ll play a key role in supporting customers experiencing financial hardship while ensuring all collections and recovery activities are completed in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of arrears accounts, working with customers to achieve positive outcomes and minimise losses. Deliver effective collections and recovery activities while meeting productivity and quality standards. Ensure all actions comply with relevant legislation, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external collection partners. Maintain accurate records, identify appropriate solutions, and escalat e complex matters where required. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Essential Experience Previous telephone-based customer service experience. Experience in collections, credit, call centre, customer service, or administration roles. Strong data entry and computer skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Skills & Knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Confident numerical and keyboard skills. Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Understanding of credit management legislation and regulatory requirements is desirable.
