About the Role We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based backend development , AWS cloud services , microservices architecture , and DevOps automation , with a passion for building secure, resilient, and highly available enterprise solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver modern digital platforms, automate infrastructure provisioning, and drive continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture . Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and best practices. Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using AWS CloudFormation and AWS CDK . Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, reliable, and repeatable deployments. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and cloud-native platforms. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Implement security, governance, and compliance standards across applications and cloud infrastructure. Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices. Required Technical Skills Programming Languages & Frameworks Strong experience in Java Expertise in Spring Boot Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture Extensive experience with AWS services, including, AWS Lambda, ECS (Elastic Container Service), S3, CloudWatch, IAM, EC2, SQS, RDS Experience working with OpenShift platforms Infrastructure as Code Hands-on experience with, AWS CloudFormation (YAML) and AWS CDK (TypeScript) Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure automation and provisioning DevOps & CI/CD Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions Strong knowledge of Docker, Containerized deployments, Infrastructure automation, Knowledge of DevOps practices and release management Databases & Scripting Strong experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, PowerShell Preferred Qualifications Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud platforms. Strong understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices. Experience with monitoring, observability, and operational excellence. Exposure to event-driven architectures and distributed systems. AWS Certifications (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate, or equivalent) are highly regarded.
