WhatYou'llDo: As a Programme Manager, you willbe requiredto: Delivery exceptional outcomes for our customers. Oversee the project governance & delivery,establishingand managing effective project operations, ensuring qualitydeliveriesacross complex, multi-platform IT environments. Lead project design, planning, and scheduling activities for applications and infrastructure projects,maintainingalignment with agreed timelines and customer requirements. Define, source, and manage project resources; prepare andmonitorbudgets, secure approvals, and track financial performance and benefit realization. Identifyand control project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes; manage change plans and assess business impacts. Build strong stakeholder relationships, exceed expectations through effective communication, and manage vendor contracts and agreements. Oversee the business continuity planning within the functional area, including development, review, testing, and training; ensure health and safety compliance in line with company policy. Manage project teams, provide guidance within company policies, and oversee phases of software development from requirements analysis to implementation. Due to the dynamic nature of the IT industry and the diverse challenges involved in delivering competitive products and services to our clients,it’simportant to gain experience across different areas of the business where possible. As a result, you maybe requiredto take on a variety of roles within Datacom to meet business needs and broaden your understanding. WhatYou'llBring: We areseekinga resilient and adaptable team player to manage multiple mid to large-sized projects, who can bring a dynamic element to our existing professional project management capability. You will have: Experience managing programmesin a customer environment. Anyunderstanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks isadvantageous. Demonstrated ability to deliver technology and business transformation initiatives in complex political environments. Self-motivated with a strong focus on delivering exceptional business and customer outcomes across multiple projects and initiatives. Proven experience managing large, complex programmes in consulting or customer environments, ideally spanning multiple workstreams and platforms. Ability to build, lead, and inspire collaborative programme teams, aligning diverse projects to achieve strategic organisational goals. Broad and deep understanding of technical software development, implementation programmes, and interrelated technology dependencies. Experience in managing AI-related programmes isadvantageous, but adaptability and a willingness to learn and pivot in emerging technology areas is essential. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and tailor messaging for executives, technical teams, and business leaders. Strong financial governance capabilities, including managing programme budgets, tracking benefits realisation, and understanding cost, utilisation, and revenue impacts. Familiarity with multiple delivery frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, and the ability to apply them effectively at programme level. Why Join Us Here at Datacom?
