In This Role You Will Lead a team delivering strategic advice and insights for Māori outcomes Build trusted partnerships with iwi, hapū and justice sector stakeholders Design and oversee initiatives that address systemic disproportionality Embed Te Tiriti principles, tikanga and mātauranga Māori across our work Provide leadership across strategy, performance and organisational priorities Ō Pūkenga/Skills And Experience No candidate will meet every single desired qualification. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Demonstrate deep understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Māori Bring experience leading complex, multidisciplinary teams Bring experience building influential relationships across government and Māori partners Deliver strategic programmes, policy, service design or system change Provide clear, evidence-based advice to senior leaders and stakeholders Mō Mātou/About Us At Te Tāhū o te Ture, the Ministry of Justice, we're committed to strengthening people's trust in the law of Aotearoa New Zealand.
