Library Manager and Student Support Director

An opportunity to join Carey Baptist College as our Library Manager and Student Support Director. For 100 years, the College has been equipping and forming Christian leaders for ministry and mission in churches and communities across Aotearoa New Zealand and beyond. We are seeking a passionate and imaginative leader to guide the future of our library and student support services. In this full-time role (37.5 hours per week), you will lead a capable and committed team, continue to develop a rich theological collection, and shape welcoming, technology-enabled learning and support environments (both on campus and online) that enhance the student experience and support teaching, learning, and research. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine impact, helping to reimagine how library services, learning support, and student engagement come together to serve a diverse and growing community. You will bring a professional library qualification, at least five years’ leadership experience, and a deep commitment to Carey’s mission and values.
