ABOUT THE ROLE Our outgoing Head of Snowsports - Revenue Operations has spread her wings into the wider NZSki business and we’re looking for the right person to own what comes next. As a key member of the Snowsports Leadership team, you’ll lead the Revenue Operations function for Snowsports across Coronet Peak and The Remarkables - driving dynamic capacity management, supporting our yield strategy and utilising the data insights that keep our Snowsports operation sharp. You’ll have a RevOps Scheduling team of up to 6 alongside you and a seat at the Snowsports leadership table. This is a role for someone equally at home in a dataset as they are in a conversation-someone who turns complex data into clear decisions and communicates them with confidence across every level of the business. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Yield strategy and demand forecasting-matching Snowsports instructor capacity to guest demand across both mountains, every day of the season Dynamic capacity management-reading demand signals early and moving resource to meet them well in advance. Leadership of theRevOpsScheduling team-setting the standard for performance, accuracy and a culture people want to be part of Building on the existing dashboardsforSnowsports insights including our ‘Instructor Performance Index, automating reportingandgeneratinginsights that drive commercial decisions Seasonal team recruitmentin conjunction with QueenstownSnowsports Experience Manager. Managethe backendSnowsportsIT, HR, payroll and Elevate components of ourSnowsportsrecruitment and onboarding into systems for all Snowsports crew. Payroll audits and accuracy from source (Elevate) through to clean data exports ready for processing Managing Freshdeskyear-roundas the centralised communication channel for Snowsports instructorsincludingformalHR type communication, time offrequests, written trails and year-round documented follow-through. Cross-mountain process consistency-keeping things smooth and joined-up with the confidence to lead through conflict when it arises WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR A confident contributor to a high-performance Snowsports leadership team-someone whois capable ofcommunicating strategy,evolvingouroperational processesand handlinganydifficult conversations with care Commercial experience in technology,data analyticsor a fast-paced, guest experience-driven environment Strong data fluency-you can interpret, analyse and act on data.Experience withBI tools or coding is a genuine advantage, as is confidencewith AI applications A proven people leader-you hold your team to high standards, coach with intent and use KPIs as a tool for growth, not just measurement A natural communicator-equally comfortable talking data with analysts, process with schedulers and guest experience with the operational crew, all in same day Queenstown-based, or ready to be-on the mountains over winter, in our town office off-season Relevant tertiary education in data science, HR, business, computer science or revenue optimisation is a bonus.
