Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is recruiting a Designated Senior Nurse to deliver Hospital in the Home care across the Mid North region. Based mainly at Bay of Islands Hospital with some shifts in Whangārei, you will be rostered across 7 days between 07:30 and 16:00. You will work with the Whangārei HiTH team to provide expert assessment, care coordination and support to patients with high‑priority and complex conditions, applying advanced nursing skills in a home setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
