Stores and Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a practical, reliable andservice-focused Stores and Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-dayrunning of our Stores and Logistics function. This is a hands-onposition supporting stock management, deliveries, internal logistics andbeverage control across the resort. You will play an important role in ensuringstock is well organised, deliveries are managed efficiently and departmentsreceive the support they need to operate seamlessly. Working closely withthe Commercial Manager, you will help maintain a structured and well-run Storesand Logistics function, supporting stock accuracy, internal stock movements andreliable service delivery across the resort. The role is a great fit forsomeone who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organised and thrives in a practical operational environment. Key Responsibilities Managing and organising Stores-controlled stock,ensuring accuracy and accessibility Monitoring stock levels, supporting stock rotation andreducing waste Supporting beverage stock control and internal stocktransfers Receiving and distributing deliveries, parcels andgoods across the resort Assisting with stocktakes and maintaining accuratestock records Using PurchasePlus (or learning the system) for stockmovements and processes Supporting departments with clear communication andtimely service Helping maintain a professional, organised andefficient Stores function throughout the resort Aboutyou: Practical, hands-on and reliable, with a strong workethic Well organised with good attention to detail Comfortable working in a busy, operational environment Confident communicating with a wide range of teams Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritiseeffectively Experience in stock control, stores, logistics orhospitality operations is beneficial Comfortable with physical work and manual handling Calm and adaptable during busy periods and changingoperational demands Location: Arrowtown,Queenstown Hours: Thisrole includes seven-day Stores coverage, and we are flexible in how this isstructured across two positions with full-time and part-time opportunitiesavailable Pay Banding: $27.00 - $29.00 gross per hour (based on experience) Working at Millbrook At Millbrook, our people are ourgreatest assets.
