Job Description
Joining a long-standing company where you will be leading and guiding a team in the assembly line, while still getting hands on yourself. Keen to step up, lead a crew and still stay hands-on? \n
\nWe’re working with a well-established, globally recognised manufacturing business that’s been doing great things for years — designing, building, and delivering complex industrial products here in NZ and overseas.\n
\nThey’ve got a big, busy production environment and a solid reputation. Now they’re looking for an Assembly Lead to take charge of a key area on the floor.\n
\n The Role \n
\nYou’ll be leading a team of around 15 in the assembly space — keeping things running smoothly, hitting targets, and making sure quality stays high. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be right there with the team — problem-solving, guiding, and getting stuck in when needed . \n
