Roofer

SEASON HOMES LIMITED, in Auckland. We are looking for two full-time Roofers to join our team.
\n You will be working for a minimum of 30 hours to maximum of 60 hours per week, and you will be responsible for:

Job Duties:

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and work sites to identify required materials.
\n • Assembling ladders and scaffolding.
\n • Installing waterproof sheets over eaves.
\n • Securing roofing underlay to roofs with nails and staples.
\n • Aligning the first row of roofing material with the roof edges and fastening it with wire, staples, and nails.
\n • Cutting roofing materials to fit around vents, chimneys, corners, and ridges.
\n • Using cement mortar to fix edge and ridge tiles.
\n • Placing roofing material under pre-fabricated flashing and nailing it down.
\n • Caulking and sealing exposed nail heads to prevent leaks.

About you:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same field OR
\n
• NZQCF Level 4 qualification or above,No specific major is required if you have a bachelor's qualification or above.
\n
• Physically fit with a clear criminal record
\n
