Job Description
We are looking for experienced full-time seasonal meat processing workers to join us around October in Te Kuiti.

Working week will consist of a 4 day on/2 day off rotating shift over 7 days, but for certain periods of the year will move to a 5 day on/2 day off shift.
\n
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
\n
Training rate and non-production rates of $23.95 per hour.
\n
Production rates vary from $28.41 to $30.47 + per hour, depending on the role performed and the number of animals processed.
\n
Overtime rates apply.
\n
Guaranteed minimum 30 hours a week.
\n
You must be able to:

\n - do physical work
\n - stand for long periods of time
\n - pass a drug test
\n
\n
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
\n
\n - Butchering of primal cuts
\n - Operating of bandsaws
\n - Trimming
\n - Labelling and packing
\n - Maintaining knives/tools, including keeping knives clean
\n - Use safe working methods
\n
