Motel Manager

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Motel Manager to join our team.

  Pay: $28 per hour, or more depending on experience

\n
• \n

  Position: Full-time, minimum of 30 hours per week

\n

Duties include:

\n
• \n

  Assess daily operational needs and allocate tasks to housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service delivery

\n
• \n

  Coordinate with owner to align housekeeping activities with other departments across the motel

\n
• \n

  Maintain accurate housekeeping staff attendance records and prepare duty rosters

\n
• \n

  Communicate, implement, and uphold workplace health and safety standards

\n
• \n

  Supervise house keeping team performance, monitor work quality, and recommend improvements to procedures and service standards

\n
• \n

  Address staff concerns and resolve workplace issues in a fair and timely manner

\n
• \n

  Support front office operations when required, including assisting with reception and guest services

\n

Minimum Requirements:

A tertiary qualification (Diploma or higher) in Hospitality or Management or other related area OR at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same industry

Other requirement:

  Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

\n
• \n

  Attention to detail and good work ethic

\n
• \n

  Reliable and punctual

\n
• \n

  Able to work independently

\n
