\nThe business manages projects from initial consultation and design through to manufacturing, project coordination, delivery, and installation. By integrating skilled craftsmanship with efficient project management and modern manufacturing techniques, Northedge Cabinets and Cladding ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.\n
\nAs the company continues to expand its operations and undertake an increasing number of residential and commercial projects, it has experienced significant growth in its administrative and operational requirements. This growth has created the need for dedicated management of office operations, customer communications, project administration, supplier coordination, procurement activities, and internal business processes.\n
\nTo support the continued expansion of the business, Royal 3PL Pty Ltd requires a skilled Office Manager to oversee the company's administrative functions, coordinate office operations, streamline internal processes, and provide essential support to management, production, installation teams, suppliers, and clients. The position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the business while enabling the company to maintain its high standards of service delivery and support its future growth objectives.\n
\nKey Responsibilities:\n
\n
\n•Coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure efficient workflow and business continuity.\n
\n•Develop, implement and maintain office procedures, administrative systems and record management processes to improve operational efficiency.\n
\n•Coordinate incoming customer enquiries, prepare quotations, maintain job files and ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.\n
\n•Liaise with clients, builders, suppliers and subcontractors regarding project schedules, material deliveries, installation dates and administrative requirements.\n
\n•Prepare and process purchase orders, supplier invoices, customer invoices and related administrative documentation.\n
\n•Monitor office expenditure, maintain financial records and assist management with budget tracking and monthly administrative reports.\n
\n•Coordinate procurement of office supplies and monitor stock of administrative and operational consumables.\n
\n•Maintain accurate records of contracts, supplier agreements, project documentation and company compliance documents.\n
\n•Coordinate staff rosters, leave records, timesheets and other human resources administration activities.\n
\n•Ensure office operations comply with company policies, workplace health and safety procedures and relevant legislative requirements.\n
\n•Prepare regular administrative and operational reports for management to support business planning and decision-making.\n
\n•Identify opportunities to improve office procedures and implement administrative process improvements to enhance productivity and customer service.\n
\n•Provide administrative support to senior management and coordinate communication between office staff, production personnel and installation teams to ensure projects progress efficiently.\n

\nTo be successful in this role, you must have:\n
\n
\n•A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.\n
\n•At least one year of relevant experience in an office management, administration, or operations coordination role (or as otherwise required under the relevant visa or company policy).\n
\n•Strong knowledge of office administration procedures, document management, and business operations.\n
\n•Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n
\n•Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to coordinate and support administrative staff.\n
\n•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
