General Manager

Gas Appliance Specialists is a family-owned Auckland business that has been delivering trusted gas appliance solutions since 2005. Recognised as Auckland's leading authorised Rinnai and Brivis service centre, the business has built a reputation for technical expertise, exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

As the General Manager, you will provide the leadership, structure and commercial focus required to build on the strong foundations of the business and support its continued growth. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence across people, systems, processes and resources, ensuring the business continues to deliver safe, efficient and profitable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and strengthen business operations, ensuring safe, efficient and commercially successful performance

• Take ownership of financial performance through effective planning, reporting and commercially focused decision-making
\n
• Develop, coach and empower a high-performing team built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
\n
• Drive sustainable growth by identifying opportunities, improving systems and enhancing operational capability
\n
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, manufacturers and stakeholders while maintaining the reputation and values of the business

• Proven SME experience in a senior leadership, operations or general management role, ideally within a trade, service or technical environment
