Description
\n Jian Cheng International Co Ltd is looking for passionate store manager to drive our
\n success to the next level for our store at Three Kings.
Job Summary: Organising and controlling the operations of a retail trading company,
main tasks include;
\n Overall responsibility for the day to day running of the retail store
\n Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
\n Understand their local competitors and drive sales strategies to gain market
\n share and increase sales
\n Promoting and advertising the company’s goods and services, and selling
\n goods and services to customers
\n Setting and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
\n Selecting, training and supervision of staff
\n Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
\n To be successful in joining us, you should have
\n At least 2 year relevant working experience in retailing and/or a diploma or upward relevant qualification
\n Outstanding presentation & communication skills
\n Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
\n A positive work attitude and be willing and able to work diligently and independently
\n Reliable transport to and from work
\n Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
