About the role
\n We are looking for an experienced Class 4 WTR Yardman / Quarry Assistant to join a busy quarry operation in Belfast. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys operating machinery, working outdoors, and being part of a productive team.
This role has the potential to become permanent for the right person.Key responsibilities
\n
\n Operating loaders and other quarry equipment
\n Loading customers safely and efficiently
\n Operating a water cart and managing dust control
\n General quarry and yard maintenance
\n Truck wash upkeep and site housekeeping
\n Assisting with deliveries, hosing down areas, and other manual yard tasks
\n Following and promoting all site health & safety proceduresWhat we're looking for
\n To be successful, you should have:
\n Class 4 licence (essential)
\n WTR endorsements (Wheels, Tracks & Rollers)
\n Experience operating loaders
\n Confident driving a Road Ranger gearbox
\n Previous quarry, yard, civil, or heavy equipment experience
\n A strong commitment to health and safety
\n Reliable attitude and willingness to help where needed
