\nThe successful applicant will have the following SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:\n

• A current REA Licence (Harcourts can assist with this if you haven’t)
\n
• The ability to build and sustain relationships both internally and externally
\n
• Outstanding communication skills
\n
• The desire to build a long-lasting career in real estate industry
\n
• Passion to provide customers with reliable, trustworthy and personable service.
\n
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
\n
• High levels of self-motivation and self-drive with attention to detail
\n
• Ability to close effectively and a track record in sales
\n
• A current NZ driver’s license and a well-groomed reliable car
\n
