HVAC TECHNICIAN

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician to join a well-established team. The successful applicant will be confident working independently and delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair work.

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pumps
\n
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and complete repairs
\n
• Carry out duct fabrication, installation, and sheet metal work (cutting, bending, welding, assembling)
\n
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
\n
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting compliance and quality requirements
\n
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
\n
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site requirements
\n
• Work collaboratively with the Leading Hand/Project Manager and meet daily work schedules
\n

\n
• Licensed HVAC Technician OR minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
\n
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical and mechanical components
\n
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication and duct installation preferred
\n
• Ability to read technical drawings and work to specifications
\n
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
\n
• NZ permanent resident or valid work visa
\n
• Current NZ driver’s licence (preferred)
\n

• Full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week)
\n
