INTERNAL ONLY - Hockey | Sports Code Development Co-Ordinator (Junior Campus)

We are inviting applications for a fixed term leadership role as a Code Development Co-Ordinator (Junior Campus) - Hockey starting on 24 August 2026 and ending at the end of 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to develop hockey across the junior campus year levels, increasing engagement and enhancing the skill levels of our students.

About the Role

The Code Development Co-Ordinator will lead the growth, quality, and sustainability of a specific sporting code at KingsWay School, ensuring safe, inclusive, and values-aligned opportunities for all students while championing pathways for players, coaches, and officials.

Key responsibilities include:

• Spearheading the strategic growth of the sporting code through a seasonal and long-term development plan
  
• Promoting the code through effective communications
• Identifying talent and creating pathways for development
• Chairing the school's code committee
• Overseeing the volunteer coaches, managers, and officials

The successful applicant will have experience in sport co-ordination, knowledge of local and national pathways for the code as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

The role carries an allowance of $3,000 p/a.
