Enable New Zealand is a Crown-owned entity on a mission; to support disabled people and their whanau to live everyday lives in their communities. We do this by effectively managing access to equipment, modifications and information services for disabled people and their whanau on behalf of Disability Support Services (DSS) - Ministry of Social Development (MSD) and the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC).

With our head office centrally located in Palmerston North, we deliver services to thousands of New Zealanders each year as Aotearoa's largest disability equipment provider.

This is a pivotal role where you'll be the single point of contact for managing contracted partnerships with key stakeholders/funders. You'll lead the account management, and stakeholder-specific business development activities, foster long-term relationships, and align contract outcomes with our organisational goals.

By leveraging your expertise, you'll create robust continuous improvement plans, ensure contract compliance, and provide market intelligence that drives strategic decisions. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing Enable New Zealand's services and value proposition.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive shared goals.
  • Develop innovative service delivery models and co-design solutions with stakeholders.
  • Ensure contract compliance, negotiate renewals, and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Use market insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic planning.
  • Promote Enable New Zealand as a trusted and leading provider in the sector.
  • Identify mutually beneficial business development opportunities.
  • Support cross-functional and collaborative service delivery

  • Proven experience in account management, relationship building, stakeholder engagement, and driving results.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a track record of developing innovative solutions.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
