You'll support a standard Microsoft environment by updating server operating systems, upgrading virtualisation software, resolving assigned infrastructure tickets, and completing smaller routine tasks that help maintain system health, security, and performance. - Proven enterprise experience in systems engineering and infrastructure maintenance \n
- Strong troubleshooting, prioritisation, and communication skills \n
- Proficiency with Microsoft shop technologies (server OS, virtualisation) \n
- Ability to work autonomously on ticket-based tasks in enterprise environments \n
- Capacity to deliver high-quality work efficiently \n
- Microsoft, cloud, security, or networking certifications advantageous \n
