Retail Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant for our busy store in Northland. We are known for our commitment to quality and exceptional customer service, we offer a diverse range of products to meet the needs of our community. Tasks include but are not limited to: -

• Greeting all customers in a friendly and appropriate manner
\n
• Assisting customers about products queries
\n
• Maintaining an effective knowledge of general product and product history
\n
• Labelling goods and ensuring the correct price is displayed
\n
• Stocking products on the shelf, storage and merchandising
\n
• Completing all daily store operations
\n
• Processing and handling cash with accuracy and diligence
\n
• Ensure the store sales and inventories all correctly accounted
\n
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
\n
• Perform any other job responsibility as requested by the store manager
\n

Person Specification:

• Must have level 1 qualification or equivalent
\n
• Prior experience is not necessary
\n
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holiday
\n
• Must be able to work extra hours if required
\n
• Provide positive, constructive feedback for team members
\n
• Passionate about providing Great Service
\n

Location: Whangarei, Number of Position: 2, Duration: Permanent fulltime – 32 hours per week , Wage Rate: $24 - $26 per hour
