Mo te turanga | What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, creating an environment where people feel supported, empowered and able to do their best work.
- Drive project delivery excellence across Project Alpha, embedding effective planning, governance, reporting and delivery practices.
- Partner with leaders and delivery teams to manage priorities, resources, dependencies and milestones across a complex transformation programme.
- Provide clear delivery insights and manage risks, ensuring informed decision-making and successful programme outcomes.
