(Flexographic) Printer - Team Lead

Tasks include but are not limited to:<\/b>

• Responsibility for the full shift production as main machine operator
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Lead Print Assistants to meet KPIs, production and quality requirements
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Accurately record production records (run time, downtime, waste reporting)
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Set up, adjusting parameters and run flexographic printing presses
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Match colours and inks to customer specifications
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Monitor operations and print quality throughout production runs
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures at all times
  <\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>

  Requirements:<\/b>
  <\/p>\n

  \n
  • Trade qualification and minimum 3 years of experience in printing
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Preferably experienced operating flexographic presses (wide web printing) \- (other transferable\/similar printing \/ ink experience considered e.g. offset)
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Preferably experience in packaging industry \/ plastic film \/ food safety and hygiene standards
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Strong understanding of printing processes, inks, and substrates
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Excellent attention to detail and colour matching skills
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Strong problem\-solving and mechanical skills
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Team player with a good attitude and solid work ethic
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Flexibility to work shifts\/overtime as needed<\/span>
    <\/li>\n <\/ul>
