This excites and inspires us, and we want to share it with the world. About the role We have an exciting 9‑month fixed term opportunity at our Wellington Branch! As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in preparing and organising glazing projects. You will working closely with key customers and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Organisation of glazing projects with customers Support the ordering of products for projects Assist with project pricing, quotations and reporting Prepare and provide quality control (QC) checklist and assessment reports for key customers Ensure projects meet quality standards, key requirements and agreed deadlines What You’ll Bring 3 – 5 years’ experience in contracts administration Strong communication skills – you’re confident dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams Exceptional organisation, accuracy and attention to detail A strong knowledge of the many moving parts of construction contracts is essential Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills Why work with us Work with a supportive tight knit team!
