Plant Supervisor

Our client is looking for a Plant Supervisor to join their team in Katikati. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and move into their first leadership role. It's ideally suited to an experienced Batcher looking to expand their skills, lead a team, and take on greater responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the plant. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate, offering long-term career growth with a well established company. An immediate start is available for the successful applicant. Key Responsibilities: Lead day to day plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality performance Champion Health, Safety, Environmental, and compliance standards across the site Coach, support, and develop team members while managing workforce planning and attendance Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure operational targets are achieved Drive financial performance, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives What's on Offer: $30–$35 per hour + 8% Holiday Pay + KiwiSaver + onsite carpark Monday to Friday, plus some Saturdays (40–55 hours per week) Based in Katikati Temporary to permanent opportunity Immediate start available Structured onboarding, leadership training, and ongoing mentoring Long-term career progression with support from the wider regional operations team What We're Looking For: Have strong operational knowledge and a commitment to safety Demonstrate leadership potential and a desire to lead others Are willing to learn, grow and embrace new challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr
