With a great opportunity to enhance your administrative skills in an organisation dedicated to helping communities. This is a full-time role (40phw) working Monday-Friday from our Oriental Parade offices with flexibility to work from home one day per week following a period of induction. Key responsibilities General office administrative duties including meeting organisation and minutes Ensuring legislative compliance of Official Information Act requests Coordination of Honours & Awards process Accounts payable and asset management This is a fixed-term role starting ASAP through to 23rd December 2026. What you'll bring to the role Highly effective time management and prioritisation skills High-level attention to detail Proficiency in Office365 applications Natural affinity to problem solving and process improvement Fun personality with a strong customer focus The salary range for this role is $61,106-$67,895, dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
