About the Role This role is much more than a typical Marketing Assistant position. You will become the central coordinator within our marketing team, working closely with our Marketing Manager, Designer, Paid Ads Specialist, Customer Success team and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately on time and to a high standard. This role is starting with assists a current marketing project in the future 3 to 6 months, there is strong potential to become a full time permanent role after the project is completed. While you may have a strength in one area—such as graphic design, paid advertising, branding or digital marketing—you'll also be expected to understand how every part of a marketing campaign connects. You’ll gradually learn our eCommerce ecosystem, helping with campaign execution, website operations, EDMs, automation, QA, customer experience and cross-functional coordination. What You’ll Do Campaign Coordination · Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns from planning to launch · Build project timelines, track progress and follow up with internal stakeholders · Ensure all campaign assets are completed before launch · Keep projects organised using project management tools · Escalate risks or delays before they become problems Website & E-commerce Operations · Support Shopify website updates, collections and promotional content · Assist with promotions, discounts, landing pages and merchandising · Perform website QA before campaigns go live · Monitor customer experience across the website EDM & Marketing Operations · Assist with EDM campaign setup and scheduling · Support marketing automation workflows · Help maintain campaign documentation and SOPs · Coordinate marketing tasks across different channels Marketing QA Review marketing assets before release, ensuring they are: · Technically correct · Consistent with our brand identity · Visually appealing · Clear and persuasive from a marketing perspective · Consistent across website, EDMs and promotional channels Cross-functional Support · Work closely with Designers, Paid Ads Specialists and Customer Success · Understand the basics of each marketing discipline and provide support where required · Help solve operational issues that impact campaign delivery Who We're Looking For We're much more interested in your attitude, communication style and ability to organise work than the number of years you've worked. You might be: · A recent graduate with strong practical skills in one marketing discipline · A junior marketer wanting broader eCommerce experience · A designer who wants to learn marketing · Someone from an agency background who enjoys coordinating projects Experience is a bonus—not a requirement.
