Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to author high-fidelity reasoning traces that teach LLMs to reason step-by-step. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with 10-40 hours per week, offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work on frontier AI research. You will decompose complex problems, review traces, and contribute architectural insights to improve model reasoning and robustness.
