As part of our growth strategy, we are now ready to offer a significant career opportunity to become our Foundation Installation Manager in a new branch, located in Queenstown. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the Future Energy service and quality standards are upheld across residential and commercial sites in the Southern Lakes District. You will be ably supported by our National Operations Manager and collaborate with our Business Development Manager in the region. Initially you will work with our local contractor network, so we need someone who can build and nurture respectful relationships and maintain strong, two‑way communication. The Solar & Electrical (S&E) Installation Managers primary responsibility is to coordinate and oversee the successful operation of the S&E installation team. An integral role within the operations team; the role is dominantly on site, 70/30, which includes pre‑inspections, commissioning, assisting the installation team and ensure the delivery of S&E projects utilising resources as required and available. This will require the Manager to often work on site, with installation Teams in this pursuit. Primary Products & Services: Solar Energy Installations, Electric Vehicle Charger Installations, What we need: Registered Electrician with a current EWRB practising licence 5 + years practicing experience 4 years solar experience Proven experience leading a team on site Good general electrical experience across residential and commercial installs Strong customer service skills - you know how to represent a company well Full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence Full personal tool kit Whether you are an ambitious Team Lead or Site Supervisor, or a Manager looking for a phenomenal change of scenery, we would welcome your application.
