At New Shoots Pakuranga we have a unique opportunity for a qualified and registered kaiako to join our forest kindy programme. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic kaiako who embraces the outdoors as a rich and meaningful learning environment. As a kaiako you are confident in nurturing curiosity, fostering resilience and supporting children to become capable, confidence learners while developing a deep connection with the natural world. Our centre is one that all of our kaiako are extremely proud to be a part of, our days are filled with fun, whanau, and adventure. We are a proud part of Enviroschools and our community garden encourages hands‑on discovery in nature, Māori perspectives, and respect for the diversity of people and culture. Our beautifully upgraded playground features natural river rocks, generous covered sandpits, winding bike paths, and climbing logs - offering tamariki a variety of play pockets.
