You’ll work on Volvo and CAT Wheel Loaders, Volvo, CAT and Hyundai Excavators,Liebherr Log Loaders and Material Handlers, and Terminal Tractors, and otherforestry and port support equipment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair and maintain heavydiesel machinery and equipment Perform advanced fault finding across mechanical, hydraulic and electricalsystems Complete preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing activities Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with company standards Support and mentor an apprentice mechanic Maintain accurate maintenance records and service documentation Liaise with operations teams to minimise downtime and maximise fleetavailability Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Fleet Servicesteam What We're Looking For Recognised qualification in HeavyAutomotive Engineering (MITO or equivalent) Significant experience maintaining heavy diesel equipmentStrong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems Ability to mentor and support junior team members Proactive approach and commitment to quality workmanship Strong focus on health, safety and environmental responsibility Full New Zealand Driver Licence Class 2 License with W, T and R endorsements advantageous About C3 Limited C3 Limited is a market leader in NewZealand's port-related product handling and cargo logistics services.
