The Role Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will be involved in a range of employment and workplace matters within an Employment Practices Liability (EPL) and broader financial lines context. You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own matters, while also collaborating on more complex and high-value issues, including: Employment disputes in courts and tribunals Unfair dismissal and adverse action claims Discrimination and harassment matters Breach of contract and restraint of trade litigation Investigations and disciplinary proceedings Employment related regulatory and compliance disputes What you\'ll bring Be a Senior Associate or an Associate ready to step up Experience in employment law, ideally with disputes experience (PQE flexible for the right candidate) An understanding of insurance law principles is advantageous but not essential Excellent research, writing and analytical skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach An interest in business development and client engagement Why join WK?
